EXPERIENCE

Mr. Sivak is a Principal and Co-Founder of Nehil · Sivak, P.C. His duties include all phases of management and production for the firm. Mr. Sivak has over 25 years of experience in concrete design, with particular emphasis on precast prestressed and cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete designed for severe exposure. He also has extensive experience in design of steel and masonry structural systems. He has authored two major computer programs for analysis and design of post-tensioned and prestressed concrete structures.

While with Walker Parking Consultants and Carl Walker Engineers, Mr. Sivak was lead Project Engineer on numerous major parking facilities, mixed-use parking/retail/hotel/ convention facilities, and commercial, institutional and industrial buildings in all regions of the United States.

In his work with Union Tank Car and ITT, Mr. Sivak was involved in extensive research in fatigue and stress analysis of structural steel and cold rolled steel products. He was responsible for obtaining two U. S. patents.
